Welcome to PickSpot. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile and web applications (the "App"), which allow users to create digital addresses, participate in pickup points voting, refer others, and earn Spot Points.
By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Pickspot App.
1.1. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
1.2. Digital Address System
You may use the App to create and manage digital addresses. PickSpot does not guarantee that your digital address will be recognized by third parties or integrated into other services.
1.3. Spot Points
Spot Points are loyalty points awarded for certain actions, such as referrals. Spot Points have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash. We may change or discontinue the Spot Points system at any time.
1.4. Referral Program
You may refer other users to the App and earn Spot Points for valid referrals, as defined in our Referral Program Terms. Abuse of the referral system (e.g., fake accounts) may result in account suspension or termination.
1.5. Pickup Points Voting
You may participate in non-binding voting to suggest future pickup points locations. PickSpot makes no guarantee that pickup points will be placed at selected locations.

This app uses Apple’s Face ID (TrueDepth API) for secure authentication to access the user’s Web3 wallet. The facial data is processed entirely on-device by Apple’s Face ID framework. The app never stores, shares, or transmits face data.

By participating in the PickSpot Network referral program, you agree to these terms.
3.1. How It Works
You can refer others using your unique referral code. You will receive Spot Points for each valid
referral who downloads the app and completes onboarding.
3.2. Valid Referrals
A referral is only valid if the referred user:

Creating fake or duplicate accounts is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of Spot Points and/or account termination.

Pickup points voting allows users to suggest preferred pickup points locations. By participating, you agree to the following:

Pickup points votes are used for planning purposes only. PickSpot Network is not obligated to install pickup points at any voted location.
4.2. Fair Use
One vote per user per voting period . Use of bots, duplicate accounts, or other manipulative practices is prohibited.

We may update the voting process or eligibility requirements without notice.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing or profit.
